A- Superficial peroneal nerve

B- Deep peroneal nerve

C- Medial planter nerve

D- Lateral planter nerve


This is most likely a case of anterior tibial syndrome which is characterized by increase in muscle thickness and leads to compression on deep peroneal nerve which is injuries in this case causing sensory loss between the first and second toes.
